The company I worked for was United Paradyne in Roosevelt Roads,
Puerto Rico. I suffered chemical effects from overexposure to JP5
jet fuel. JP4 jet fuel; similar to JP5 was made illegal by the
courts in 1994 for having too much Benzene in it. JP4 had 5000 ppm.
of benzene and was quite a hazardous substance to the military.
Today the Armed Forces does not speak of JP5 but does speak of JP8;
a fuel still with 200 times more than the "SAFE STANDARDS" set by
OSHA of .1 ppm. over a eight hour work day. See for yourself on

into the site. I have now been "locked out" of it. It is at

I have contacted Federal authorities about the matter and also
Puerto Rico; Federal authorities claim "It has to be addressed
though Puerto Rico." Basically, if a company from the states is in
trouble, all they have to do is flee the island and they are safe.
And besides, I had more than that happen to me and I have proof
because I had my apartment complex wired outside. My neighbor was
telling my ex-employer that he had to go to the court. Later my ex-
employer replies that he did not want to go either. (Regarding my
legal case I had filed with the EEOC.) And then they both state
about how I (Caroline) do not like them and about both of them
leaving the island in one week. Poisoning or Occupational chemicals
can contribute to neurological disorders. I suspected during the
apartment break-ins and harassment of intentional poisoning by my
neighbor and ex-employer for not consenting to their demands. I
also at one point suspected I may have been assaulted by my neighbor
who is in the military. He was very demanding and became vulgar
aggressive/offensive when anyone came to visit me. He "Controlled"
my life and manipulated my thinking. I have been stripped of
everything in my life, including "my" privacy! Almost like being
raped, I have been laughed at for my undergarments that my landowner
and ex-employer would be mocking about. And who knows what else
they, including my neighbor had been doing in my apartment as I
slept and when I was working. It makes a person skeptical as to
why. Poisoning or assault come to play. I feared living in my
apartment. I made every attempt to move out but was plagued by the
fact I could not afford a more expensive apartment or there were no
other apartments up for rent. So I stayed, and had to suffer a lot
of mental and possibly (physical?) abuse. I don't know if my state
of fear led me to have a delusion that I was abused by my neighbor
or if it really happened. From the (delusion?) I saw my neighbor in
my bedroom and when he noticed I saw him, he slammed my left foot
into the corner of the bed . . . and I went to go scream and I was
(passed out or something?) and then I suspect an assault occurred.
When I woke up the next morning like many mornings, I was dizzy. I
was always dizzy though within two hours after working with the
fuels. I get dizzy now with the pituitary enlargement every now and
then. So it could of just of been that. But ironically within a
week or more my left foot swelled up and turned purple. It really
makes me wonder what happened, if anything happened at all. I have
a video that was left in my camcorder with a Puerto Rician family on
it. Also the video displays a spray can of Ectron 2020, some kind
of electrical spray cleaner. I cannot seem to figure out what it
is. Also I have some other evidence that may indicate it was my ex-
employer's spray can. When my foot had swelled up, that is when I
was being pushed for full-duty and the harassment began at my job.

A witness testifies that my ex-employer and an 18 year old boy spied
at a female military's apartment downstairs at her windows as she
undressed. The 18 year old boy admits that he saw him doing it and
he went along and did it also. I have witnessed my neighbor looking
into my window various times in the middle of the night and prowling
around and "sneaking" up the steps of the complex. On the tape I
recorded he states to my ex-employer (nervous), "We knew she was
impregnated!" From collecting facts from witnesses, one witness
claims that he had an infatuation with his ex-wife's daughter and
got her pregnant when she was about 17 or 18 years old.
Furthermore, he would harass a nine year old girl at the complex.
Greg Cumberbatch would state, "She looks good." "I will marry
you." Neither police nor government agencies never looked into the
events.

Besides the break-ins though, I eventually concluded that my
illnesses had to be the military jet fuels. First I was skeptical
but once I came to the states and found that Veterans Hospital
records were being withheld and my current Veterans Hospital was
withholding evidence to preclude the pituitary swelling, I knew then
it was time to do some research. I found the MSDS, Material Safety
Data Sheets on the internet that state that jet fuels can cause
pituitary enlargement.

Research on this material can be found on various web sites. 

If I can find a legal advisor to support my case, they too will
benefit from my earnings. I don't care much for the money, as much
as I would like to serve justice on those whom caused pain,
suffering, and emotional pain to me. If you know of any justice
service that would be willing to look into it, let me know. But
everyone seems to need money to travel to Puerto Rico to check into
it. I have written to my Senators, Governors, Congressman, White
House, etc...but no one has responded to my problems. Heck, they
would have gotten away with murder if they wanted to. The company
that I had worked for fuels for other places such as the Kennedy
Space Center and other parts of Florida. They receive large sums of
money from the millions for their "good deeds" supporting the
government every year. EEOC has not helped me in obtaining a
lawyer. One EEOC sends me to another EEOC and back to another and
then back to Puerto Rico. No one wants to take any responsibility.
As a result, I have probably lost my rights to sue since it is over
the deadlines to do so. I filed with my local District Court. But
now my time limits have also been exceeded with them since I cannot
even get the American Bar Association to do anything. I may have a
lawyer now.....well, maybe. But they probably will only be able to
sue for medical liability and not the harassment etc.... They are
far from home but I cannot find anyone to do anything. But
remember, I have many tapes of criminal injustice. The jet fuels I
was exposed to caused rashes, dizziness, sleepiness, internal
burning, body swellings, phenomena (lungs.), pituitary enlargement,
muscular deterioration, muscular spasms, esophagus burning, tongue
swelling, eye burning and swelling, hair and eye lash loss, and
internal cysts. Esophagus burning and irritation though poison is
usually caused by ingestion by the ATSDR studies not though
inhalation. There must of been some spill around the base or in
the drinking supply. But if so, other people would of experienced
the throat swelling. This implies either scientific study
deficiencies or intentional poisoning are suspect. Internal burning
and partial paralysis happens after overexposure to occupational
chemicals. If an Occupational exposure such as jet fuel is not
immediately treated though Chelation Therapy or Activated Charcoal,
it can lead to permanent problems such as muscular spasms, muscular
degeneration, and can over time cause neurological problems. It
first starts as burning, swelling, and partial paralysis of the
legs. It can be misdiagnosed since jet fuels are known to cause
problems to areas first where a surgery took place and can worsen
the area where there was a surgery. Then it spreads though the
body. If steroid shots are given for inflammation which can lead to
infection, pneumonia (lungs) can occur if the person remains idle.
But pneumonia (lungs) can too be caused by chemical overexposure.
The poison then migrates to the brain where pituitary enlargement
occurs and possibly other neurological deficiencies. This can
include confusion, dizziness, nausea, etc....Well, I hope this help
you in writing a story. I would like to get my story out before
elections. I cannot seem to find the resources to do so. Like I
said, I have a lot of evidence. I have been followed twice now that
I know of since I have been back in the states. A man followed me
back to my residential area where I live. Parked up the street, two
cars behind me. He did not get out of the truck. He then later
drove up the street when he noticed I was watching, parked again to
the side of the road, then drove again to a stop light two blocks
up....looking as though he was going to turn and then drove back
down the road, parking on the other side of the street opposite to
me, not getting out of the vehicle and just watched me for over ten
minutes when I decided to go back inside the house. I carried my
phone with me and as a precaution left a message on someone's
machine stating I was being followed. On both occasions the person
is holding a "walky-talky or truck radio" or something. It is not a
cell phone. It is big and bulky. When the man passed me he was
already off his big bulky radio. So if he was looking for a house
or something he would have asked me. I know he wasn't. He followed
me from the city at a toxicologist office. I believe I also saw him
earlier that day. I know I saw him more than once. He was driving
in a Terminex vehicle. There were big green stickers on the side of
the white truck. The stickers almost looked too new. Furthermore,
he had nothing in the back or inside the front of the pick-up
truck. No work supplies, nothing. I guess he was going to kill the
bugs with his feet or something. The truck looked like one of our
old company trucks but just with some big stickers stuck on the side
of it. I know my phone is being tapped sometimes. I hear a beeping
sound on it only when I call to Puerto Rico for legal help.

Foreign National U. S. Government Employee Harassment Victim

I have a dear friend who has been a victim of workplace sexual
harassment and abuse of power at the hands of her manager for over a
year. My friend is an foreign national working for a US government
agency as a local national/UE contract employee in her homeland. She
and other foreign national females are being harassed on the job.
My friend and the others filed a formal complaint (denouncement)
through the US agency's EEO, an EEO investigation followed, and
higher level officials were informed of findings. However, nothing
substantial has happened and the offender, an American US Government
employee male manager, with a lot of local power and influence and
he continues to harass them with clever reprisals. This issue
cannot be addressed to local Foreign/European Union officials as
these officials are strongly suspected to be in collusion with the
offending manager. Please understand, my friend is very pro-
American and desires not to have this matter be inflamed and
possibly damage US and Foreign relations, if this were to become
public knowledge.

Again, she and the others have tried to resolve this matter through
proper channels but to no effect. The suffering of these women must
be stopped and the offender justly punished. The result of the
agency's own EEO investigation amounted to nothing less than a
verbal warning and woefully inadequate. I realize there are cultural
differences and there are mentalities that may factor into this
matter which from a certain perspective would tend to trivialize the
suffering of these foreign national women, however, as Americans, we
ought not condone such criminal treatment of these women for fear of
upsetting political sensitivities, especially as employees of one of
our overseas government agencies.

Please, if your organization could offer support and guidance on
this matter, let me know. Or, direct me where I can address this
matter. I would greatly appreciate your positive support. Thanks

Employee of US Government Harassment Target

I'll just tell you my situation. I very unfortunately worked for
the "fed gov't" seasonal at the IRS in `91, `92, `93, `99 and
2000 "Pistol Service" for a measly 7 months (7 months too long) from
April—December `96. Anyway, after about 5 months I was eligible to
join the union, so I did. I didn't know if the timing was
coincidence, but right after that at the "pistol" service (as I call
it) I started receiving major discrimination and harassment, by far
mainly through the computer, they didn't/don't have courage to do
their stuff face to face, I endured the wrong, illegal, harassment
for about a month and a half then I resigned. I stayed home after
that for a few months and then in early `97 it was evident to me
that they were "there" messing with me at home right in my bedroom.
I have experienced interception of TV, radio, phone, etc. and have
been made aware that I am under complete surveillance like I said,
since early `97. I didn't know of this happening to anyone else
until just recently, December 2003 one of my many moments of
frustration I typed "mind crimes" into the search of my webTV and
Eleanor White's website (raven1.net) came up. It blew my mind to
finally after several years of knowing about this, that it was
happening to others (I knew it must be happening to others if it was
happening to me) and that they knew about it and were communicating
about it including to each other. Since then I have communicated
through e-mail to several of them/us victims of this problem/crime.
I think of us in this situation as technologically targeted
individuals, the main term out there for some reason is "mind
control." It's not the best or most accurate term, for some reason
it seem to prevail in terminology for this problem/crime and I have
communicated over the phone with a few others of "us" the only thing
I could relate to was all of them were religious, so on Liza's site,
I requested correspondence with others of us who are atheist or at
least agnostic, since then I have e-mail communicated with a few of
us who are atheist or at least agnostic. Now as for me, I am
female, pro-female, lesbian, atheist, and pro-America. All these
make me a so-called "mind Criminal". Anyway, not only do I not
believe in RELIGION, but I have to say that I am genuinely against
it. There will not and can not be progress with RELIGION in fact
blatantly the opposite hereof and in this country called "America"
("GODBLESSAMERICA" as I call it) until there is separation of
CHURCH and state, it has been made to be bullshit (I cuss) but is
not BS, like I said, it just has been made to be BS (before I knew
about "GODBLESSAMERICA" I knew that had been made to be BS -- I just
should have known that it is everything down the line in what this
country called "America" stands for). Anyway, they have their right
to have their thing in their (CHURCHES, ETC.) places of worship, in
their homes and in the homes of others of their RELIGION/CULT. My
view, and I totally believe it to be true is: all religions are
cults. The only "difference" is that "RELIGIONS" are CULTS that
have organized and have prevailed and have POWER. So they get
called RELIGION instead of cultism. The problem though
(particularly in this nation called "America" with this topic) is
that they will not keep their CULTISM/RELIGION to themselves where
it belongs, instead it is very important to them for others to be
subjected to IT.

The only thing that makes it "true" is that people believe in IT so
therefore they feel so "threatened" when IT is not forced on
others. They don't think there should be any actual system (or
anything for that matter) above their CULTISM/RELIGION/IDEOLOGY,
they in fact can't handle that, all they can handle is being
mindless, simple/narrow/weak-minded, ignorant followers, and
their "compensation" is to be fervent, fanatic, whacked out nuts, of
course there can not be any logic to correlate with this and
therefore going forward in the direction of good, right and normal-
progressive– is obviously at the very least hindered. I started
doubting when I was 12 and then became actual atheist at 13, and I
haven't strayed from that since. Now I am early 20-something,
unfortunately live with my mother and can not find a job (sabotaged,
denied equal opportunity in every part of my life—GODBLESSAMERICA!),
I have a fax# in my room (559) 434-8741, I live in Fresno, CA and
have all of my life visited San Fran Bay area every chance I get.
The last several years of knowing about this (it was happening
before I knew about it, but I didn't know when it started) the
thing I think (know) and have thought (known) to be the most
important in this situation is that these are major wrongs, illegal
and anti-America crimes and therefore it is blatantly obvious that a
lawsuit is needed.

Sometime before the election in November, I want each and every one
of you to make the effort to be sure you are registered, and if it
difficult for you to get to the poll to vote, to pick up an absentee
ballot from your county auditor and get it back to them before
election day. There has never been such a need for women to cast
their ballot against a sinister power which has usurped the
presidency and is misusing their mandate to foist off an offensive
political agenda on all of us. If you have never voted before, vote
this year, if you only care about a few candidates, vote for them
and leave the other portions blank. Do it for me. Do it for
yourself.

A Warning to Internet Users from the Miles Foundation

We are writing in order to provide a CONSUMER ALERT following
numerous inquiries from survivors of domestic and sexual violence
associated with the military. Numerous survivors have encountered
misleading and inaccurate information or materials on various
websites-and unscrupulous individuals.
Several survivors have suffered additional trauma due to encounters
with less than credible websites individuals, groups, organizations
or advocates. For example, a survivor reports that her contact
information was distributed without regard for her safety.

A survivor reports that she contacted an organization for
assistance and was solicited for a contribution, rather than being
provided any assistance or information.

A survivor reports that she contacted an organization for assistance
and a membership fee was necessary prior to obtaining any assistance.
A survivor reports that she contacted an organization for
assistance, received no assistance, but she received several calls
from media outlets after the organization disclosed her contact
information.

A survivor reports that she contacted an organization via the
Internet only to receive a call back from military officials about
her encounter with that organization.

A survivor reports that she contacted a crisis hotline only to be
told to contact military authorities.

A survivor reports that she has received messages containing
misinformation about various organizations, members of Congress and
others dedicated to assisting survivors associated with the military.

A survivor reports that she was encouraged by an advocate to share
the misinformation noted above by contacting other groups,
organizations and media.
A survivor reports that materials and resources provided by an
organization have been plagiarized on several websites.

The following questions may assist you in determining the
creditability, professionalism, and ethics of groups, organizations,
or advocates:-
How long has the group, organization or individual been working in
the field of domestic and/or sexual violence?

How long has the group, organization or individual been working
with the community of victims and survivors associated with the
military?
How many cases, victims, survivors, advocates, counselors has the
office provided services? To whom does the office report these
numbers? How are the numbers verified?

What type of abuse does the group, organization or individual deal
with most frequently? Domestic violence? Spouse abuse? Sexual
harassment? Sexual assault? Rape? Child abuse? Child maltreatment
and/or neglect? Intimate partner violence?

Who serves on the staff of the organization? Professionals, if so
what professions? Semiprofessionals? Attorneys, on staff or by
referral? Advocates? Survivors? Counselors? How long have they been
in their respective professions?

What is the education and training of staff and volunteers? Are
they certified? Are they members of professional organizations,
such as the National Association of Social Workers? Do staff and
volunteers receive training? Continuing education?

What presentations have members of the staff made? To what
organizations? What articles, chapters or books have members of the
staff published in scholarly or academic publications? What? When?
Where?

What testimony has been presented to members of Congress? When? To
what committee or subcommittee?

How is the organization supported or financed? Private? Nonprofit?
Semiprivate or public? Public funding? Grants from Department of
Justice? Contracts with Department of Defense? Other organizations?
If a grant or contract recipient, from whom, for what purpose, and
length of grant or contract? Foundation/s?
Who serves on the Board of Directors? What are the professions
represented on the Board of Directors?

What organizations are represented on the Board of Directors? What
contractors are represented on the Board of Directors?

With whom does the group, organization or individual partner?
International? National? State? Local?

What references are available for the group, organization or
individual?
What type of advocacy is provided by the group, organization or
individual? Legal? Medical? Counseling? Information? Referral/s?

What services are available? Are services available to victims and
survivors? Are services available to perpetrators?

Is there a fee for service? Without fee, pro bono? Sliding fee
based upon income? Retainer fees? Initial consultation fee?
Membership fee?

Media Again Manipulating The Facts

On October 4, 2004, I watched CSI Miami. It was a story line about
a successful advertising executive (male) who was being stalked by
an obsessed female.

While I am sure that men are at times stalked by women, it doesn't
seem to be a major problem for men. There was a similar scenario on
a recent Law and Order Criminal Intent.

In Both cases, the women committed murders of individuals who were
in some way inconvenient for their targets. In both cases, they
only did supportive things for their targets.

As a 40 year victim of stalkers, I want to be perfectly clear that
males who stalk women are entirely different from the female
stalkers depicted in these two TV dramas. They vandalize and steal
property, poison and threaten their targets, the families of their
victims and even their pets. Their victims never experience a
moment's peace, for they use electronic surveillance to dog their
every footstep.

If this is a difference between male and female stalkers, I couldn't
say, because the only contacts we have had has been with women who
are victims of male stalkers.

If these two dramas were based on an actual incident, as they often
are, I should apologize in advance, because both struck me as cheap
attempts to trivialize the misery experienced by women who are
targeted by male stalkers.

Not only that, but I do believe that the vast majority of stalking
victims are women, often impoverished women without resources to
protect themselves.

I suppose it is the same as the female school teacher who had sex
with her 5th grade male student. (This was another story used by
Law and Order in another context.) Every day a dozen girls under 18
are victimized by male teachers, but the single case in recorded
history when a female teacher exploited a male student is run by us
on one news magazine or another once or twice a month, and the media
shows no interest in letting it go. Because one female in ten
million has committed the same act as every tenth male does, we are
expected to feel less victimized. Bull. Stalking and pedophilia
are largely the male domain. Anyone who thinks otherwise, or is
trying to prove otherwise, is out of touch with reality.

A Tale of Internet Woes

I am very sorry that this issue is late, but I have spent the past
months in an Internet Hell.

First, my e-mail disappeared early in 2004. Because I was not
getting feedback from my web sites, I switched e-mail on my web
sites five times. Every time I did so, I would get my feedback for
a few days, then it would stop again. I finally ended up getting e-
mail on the server for my domains.

The technical staff that was trying to figure out why we could not
get the e-mail account open finally discovered that my registrar
(domainpeople) was forwarding my web site traffic not to my web
site, but to a telephone company in Puerto Rico and a satellite disk
company. Neither has e-mail or postal mail addresses given. I
never made this change, it could have been done by someone at the
registrar or by hackers, a couple of weeks later, another
domainpeople client contacted me to ask why my administrative
information was on his account. Enough events like this and one
starts to get whacked out.

Once that was corrected, I was able to open the e-mail on my server,
and I was delighted to discover that they logged the IP address of
everyone who logs into my e-mail.

Almost immediately, I discovered a strange IP address in my log,
which turned out to be a client of Bizland, a server in
Massachusetts. I did report this to them but never got any reply.
I have since identified yet another unknown visitor to my e-mail, a
client of Aliant Telecom in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada but their abuse
contact says they have to have information I don't have access to in
order to pin down which of their clients was responsible.
If that was not enough, I ran a tracert on my URL, and found that
after the trace made 13 links to my server, the trace went on for
another 17 links to someplace unknown, for which no description was
available as the trace "timed out" on every one (pretty convenient,
huh?)

So I went to my account on my server and found that they said I had
a sub-domain at Internap Network Services and the whois information
has no e-mail or postal mail addresses. I have never authorized a
sub-domain, I'm not even sure what the purpose for a sub-domain is.
So I have reported this to both my server and my registrar (I am
trying to move my domains to the registrar associated with my
server, which may improve my situation) and the Microsoft users
group for Internet Technologies hoping they know how to prevent this
from happening.

Anyway, I'm still not getting my e-mail and I received the item on
page 6 from Miles Foundation some of which may be caused by my
missing e-mail and traffic.
Am I concerned? Ask the tech reps at the various registrars,
servers and help lines about that, I have ranted at them. But the
truth is, this indicates that someone finds my work a threat, and
frankly, when filth like this finds you threatening, you can't help
but take it as a compliment.
