The instrument used in the rape is the technology and the rapist is the agency and persons employed by this agency. We should all remember that when a broom was used in a NY incident that it was still sodomy and the sad part of this is that our Attorney General and Inspector Generals along with the military and the CIA/NSA all condone this type of torture regardless of the innocence of the victim. We now live in a country where you get placed under surveillance not because you have done anything wrong but because you have exercised your constitutional rights to free speech, religion or any of the constitutional rights. Once they identify you as opposing what is wrong with the country or even if you are on a federal witness list you can be punished for saying and doing what you believe is the right thing. So now instead of a real SUSPECT they use innocent people to test this technology and crime is not what the victim has done but what the intelligence agencies have done to the American people. They have created distrust in our government and policies. We have become a target of ridicule by foreign countries such as Russia whom we once spoke out about. We have become the country that we used to send our soldiers to fight for their freedoms. The difference is the military is NOT fighting for ours. The rapes are so severe that internal injuries are reported. I have photos of what this technology looks like when you are sexually assaulted. I wish that I had had a camera when my rapist (the Southeast Bomb Task Force) raped me. They laughed and stated that it took 18 agents to rape me. I believe that I was targeted because they destroyed evidence in a federal case and did not want me to speak out about it. The rape was their mistake because that is all I do now. I hope that anyone else that has been victimized for doing the right thing will come forward and speak out about these criminals and their criminal acts. I often wonder if the Attorney General really knows that they covered up their mistake by making me the target. If we could see the FISA reports on us we would be amazed at what is written and lied about to this court as a means to get our names on no fly list and their secret torture and testing list. Please go to my Blog and into the archives to see photos of this technology in use. www.electromagneticsurveillance.blogspot.com I will be posting more photos all the time now. midnightladyNC(bleep)yahoo.com You might want to review Bambi Fairchild’s story in issue 14.2 at http://www.washrag.org/WASH click on “back issues.” Her situation was similar to that of this victim. The East is (not) running out of women http://kontakt.erstebankgroup.net/report/frontpage/Issue02_07/en Our current print issue of “Report” can now be read in its entire length online This time we have examined the fascinating theme of “Women in the East and the West”. Author Sibylle Hamann tells readers about a village in Slovakia where, in the most literal sense of the word, women are “running out”; Antje Mayer drew some interesting information from Viennese historian Marija Wakounig about the emancipation of women under communism; journalist Florian Klenk visited courageous social workers who defy both the pimps and the clients involved in prostitution along roads running between the Czech Republic and Germany, and Moscow correspondent Eduard Steiner interviewed Russian journalist Jevgenija Albaz, who is on various “death lists" in Internet (as the late Anna Politovskaja formerly was). This time in the Media Gallery you will find a work by Croatian artist Sanja Ivekovic: “The Black File” (1979) that also belongs to "Kontakt – The Art Collection of Erste Bank Group”. Alongside Ivekovic artists Mladen Stilinovic, Jirí Kovanda and Ion Grigorescu are also taking part in the “documenta 12”, which means that a total of four artists whose work forms part of the “Kontakt” art collection will be represented at this important show. If any women has been turned away by EEOC I would advise them to contact the United States Department of Labor. EEOC has no choice unless you run out of time they have to take your complaint and assign an EEOC number to it and that is all you need to get an employer into federal court. Almost every state has a state civil rights agency also. You can file with both and state will turn it over to federal. plus if a women is retaliated against file a new charge don't take it. Retaliation is a whole new charge number on top of the sexual harassment charge. Contributed by Mary LH kickinglzs(bleep)hotmail.com If the sexual harassment included any physical contact, a report should also be made to local law enforcement, according to board-member Anne Grimm. If there is no physical contact, reporting the matter to local law enforcement is probably pointless, although there have been situations where law enforcement has investigated situations in which physical contact did not take place but was complaints from numerous victims were received. See W.A.S.H. Rag Issue 2.2 at washrag.org/WASH click on “back issues.”. Dateline NBC recently covered an incident where a woman was being stalked and harassed by her ex-husband. She became fearful for her life because the stalking was so intense. She finally went to her local police and reported the problem. I think the key here is that she talked to a female detective. The female detective had her car literally torn to pieces, and under her dash, they found a cell phone hooked up so he could hear whatever was said in the car if the motor was on. They used this to get a search warrant and found many incriminating things in his apartment, including an application to get a gun permit. With the evidence and her testimony, he ended up in jail and there is a lengthy protection order forbidding him from any contact with her. Unfortunately, these examples are rare. I suspect that 98% of stalking victims can get no help from law enforcement. I believe that in this case, the detective had been a victim herself, and knew what the victim was experiencing, so she pursued the case vigorously. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ARE YOU REALLY CRAZY, OR ARE YOU BEING GANG-STALKED? Book On Gang-stalking ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ January 10, 2006 NewsWithViews.com For several days in a row, when doing errands in your car, you consistently come in contact with drivers who tailgate you, cut you off in traffic, or maybe pull out in front of you unexpectedly. Or you go out to get your mail and see someone sitting on a bicycle watching you from a distance. Or maybe you notice a sudden increase in strange cars driving slowly pasd your home. Or you get the feeling you are being followed but don’t see anyone there. Or you find garbage strewn on your lawn or piles of dirt where dirt shouldn’t be. Or you return to your home and notice that pictures or knick knacks aren’t where they were when you left. Is this all just coincidental or is there something more to it? You might even wonder if you just have an over-active imagination or if maybe you’ve slipped a few cogs upstairs. Over the past ten years, a phenomenon has become apparent that more recently has been given a name:—gang-stalking, also known as group-stalking, vigilante-stalking and predatory gang-stalking. Over a period of time gang-stalking has produced some commonalities among those targeted or victimized: 1. The target is likely seen as a threat to a cause; 2. The target most likely does not know the perpetrators [1] of the gang-stalking; 3. Those involved in the gang-stalking do not know the target; 4. Those involved in the gang-stalking do not necessarily know why they are gang-stalking an individual; 5. The stalking is subtle but targeted and can be seen as inconsequential or everyday such as … a. drive-by honking of horns, b. drive-by yelling of obscenities, c. hand gestures generally considered to be hostile in nature; d. vehicles stopping and standing on the street in front of the target’s home; e. trash strewn on the target’s lawn, driveway and property in such manner as to make it obvious that it was a deliberate act; f. shining lights in the windows of the target’s home; g. an increase in noise in the area of the target’s home; h. tailgating the target then dropping back repeatedly; i. sending the target messages that let the target know they are being watched such as… i. the names of family pets; ii. the names of children; iii. stores visited frequently; iv. schools the children attend; j. day-in and day-out hang-up calls or wrong number calls; k. vandalism to the home or property of the target; l. graffiti in proximity to the target’s home; 6. The gang-stalking takes place over a period of time or number of years; 7. The faces of those involved in gang-stalking change frequently but the perpetrators often remain constant. The intent of gang-stalking is to … 1. render the target, the victim, psychologically demoralized even to the point of committing suicide; 2. make the target appear, to the larger community, to be mentally unstable for the purposes of … a. discrediting and psychologically demoralizing the target; b. ensuring no one will believe the target when they claim they are being targeted; 3. alienate and marginalize the target from the larger community, even family, making it easier to psychologically demoralize and discredit the target. The number of reported incidences of gang-stalking has increased measurably since the early 1990s when the transformation of American society to systems philosophy began in earnest. Gang-stalking holds no political association with those targeted covering the political spectrum of liberal, centrist, conservative, ultra-left and ultra-right. People involved in gang-stalking display a common trait of needing to feel that they have power over the target even though they may not know that person. Group dynamics, how individuals interact in a group, a general need of an individual for human contact and interaction, plays a key role in the structure of gang-stalking. One high-ranking law enforcement official, on the condition of anonymity, has stated that … 1. law enforcement is under strict orders that they are to ignore all cases of gang-stalking, and if possible to provide evidence that the victim is criminally insane; and 2. the criminal justice system is strictly under the control of a small elite who ensure that no charges are pressed against the instigators of gang-stalking. Gang-stalking relies heavily on … 1. the target becoming so psychologically demoralized that he/she believes there must be something wrong with him/her and is, therefore, afraid to say anything for fear others will think them crazy; 2. the target will have no evidence beyond his/her word that the gang-stalking is happening; 3. the target will have no detailed records or documentation showing what, when, where, and to what extent; 4. the target will not be able to find out who the perpetrators are or those involved in the gang-stalking. Anyone who believes they are being gang-stalked should … 1. Keep detailed records and documentation of times, dates, and details; making those records as soon as the incident is apparent so details are not lost over time. 2. Take pictures of any evidence left by the perpetrators making sure to include a point of reference in the picture for identification purposes. For instance, if trash is strewn on the lawn, take close ups but then take pictures showing the house, garage, or even a car in the picture as a point of reference that the garbage was actually where you claim it was. 3. Keep detailed records of any interaction with law enforcement; even when law enforcement are friendly and appear to be empathetic. Keep track of who the responding officer is, what department he works for, what he tells you, what he does. If he removes evidence from the scene, note how he handles it, what he does with it. Know the procedures for preserving evidence and observe if the officer follows those procedures. Write it all down so details aren’t lost over time. Ask for an event number and incident number. 4. If you believe you are being gang-stalked, get a psychological evaluation immediately. This establishes that you are mentally stable when those involved and law enforcement try to intone that you are somehow mentally deranged. 5. If you believe you are being gang-stalked, don’t be afraid to speak up. There was a time when people being stalked were not listened to, were considered to be off in the head. Now stalking someone is a crime. The more who speak up, the better chance there is that gang-stalking will not continue to operate under the radar. To learn more about gang-stalking, enter the term in your internet search engine. There are several good websites, and more coming every day, with information on gang-stalking. Support groups are also being formed to help people who have been the victims of this heinous dehumanizing act. There are also allegations that one senior manager was working to reverse the gains of the turnaround project and deliberately failed to hand over protective clothing to staff. The revelations bring a new twist to the strike by city workers over protective clothing. The employees are said to have told town clerk Dr Tendai Mahachi that they went on strike to pressure for a meeting with management over an array of grievances. Municipal employees, especially those who require protective clothing, have not been reporting for work since last week. The worst hit departments are waste management and health. Garbage has been piling up in the city while toilets are not being cleaned with patients at city clinics being turned away. Harare commission chairperson Ms Sekesayi Makwavarara on Monday warned in an interview that her administration would not tolerate the abuse of women. "Any manager involved in this scandal should hit the road. We are not going to tolerate any abuse of women," she said. Ms Makwavarara confirmed that the workers were indeed on strike over protective clothing but also wanted management to hear their other grievances. She said the employees alleged that uniforms which they were supposed to receive were being taken to some farms. Ms Makwavarara said any worker with information that might lead to the discovery of the uniforms should report to her office. "We want to know the farms. We will deal with such managers," she said. She said all departments were given protective clothing but accused some managers of failing to pass them on to workers. Copyright © 2007 The Herald. All rights reserved. He was initially charged with molesting pages in the SD Legislature, then of raping his foster daughters ten times. These charges have led to additional investigations being made of the foster care system, especially of those children put into it by the Juvenile Courts. And finally, it was discovered that he also had done vaginal investigations on the pages, and told them he was trying to retrieve their ova to sell. Because the pages in the state legislature are usually from prominent families, their charges against him probably saved the foster daughters from continued abuse, and underscores the importance of women making reports of abuse to authorities It is amazing that in a conservative state like South Dakota, someone with this mentality is elected to serve in the state legislature. If there is any screening process by the public, it seems to have gone astray in this case. On the heels of charges that a state legislator who was in charge of the pages in the state legislature having had inappropriate contact with male pages, one has to wonder if the page program isn’t seen as a source of new blood for over-sexed pedophiles in the legislature. Two such cases within a few months of each other certainly does not leave a person with much respect for those sitting in those seats in the state capitol, and making decisions that the rest of us have to live with. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ WASH Elects New Officers ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The Women Against Sexual Harassment board of directors met on June 2 and elected Janet Leih, President; Anne Grimm, Vice President; Stacy Hopkins, Secretary and Elisa Pedroza, Treasurer for the 2007-2008 year. I believe that the BTK killer in Wichita, Kansas, also stalked his victims before he murdered them. It would be interesting to see if there is some connection between rape and murder, and stalking as a precursor to it. This would make the complaints of victims of harassment and stalking more compelling, if there were a strong probability that the stalking might lead to murder. If you know of other incidents where murder and/or rape victims were found out to have been previously stalked and/or harassed by the perpetrator, we would like to hear about them. I currently reside in Anchorage Alaska. I was doing some research on gang stalking and found your site. This site provided much needed information about what is happening here in Anchorage. Like many of you, I have been experiencing gang stalking also, and now after years of gathering enough evidence to validate this type of harassment and stalking, can come forward to help others in this type of situation. Below is a link to explaining my story. While some of the site is still under construction, it helps spread the word nationally about these illegal activities. Wilkerson ak.musicman(bleep)gmail.com 907 561-0145 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The Mystery of ctfmon and index.dat ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I have been tracking the existence of index.dat files in my Documents and Settings folders and the appearance of ctfmon on my msconfig startup menu for a number of years. When they first appeared, I was unable to find out anything about them so I assumed that they were related to some kind of a virus. The reason that I noticed them was because at the time, there weren’t any programs to remove tracking cookies from my computer, so every day I went to my owner cookies and deleted everything in it. Suddenly, out of nowhere, a folder appeared that I could not delete because it was said to be being used by another program. Little did I know how right I was. In fact, at first, ctfmon was associated with a keylogger. I googled both, index.dat did not come up at all at first, there was something on one of Microsoft's user's forums about removing index.dat files. I went to various on-line users forums like the Eldergeek site, nobody knew anything about them. In fact, the early version of the index.dat folder in my cookies had a different name entirely, it sort of morphed into index.dat, after having several other names, it was index.dll previous to being index.dat, I think. It may be someplace in my notes. If you want to see what is in your index.dat file, you can open it by going to start/my computer/c:/documents and settings/owner/cookies, click on it and hit enter. It will open in notepad, but the only way you can save to it is to select it in "save as." By selecting all and backspacing when I had it open and "save to," I could close and go back and open it immediately and it had exactly what was there before. It was being automatically backed up and restored. I don't know how this is being done, I have never been able to find this function anyplace in windows or on-line Microsoft documentation. Index.dat appeared to be keeping track of the web sites that I was visiting, and there were areas that were blank or had miscellaneous numbers and characters interspersed in. In my experience, that indicates that area is in some other code than notepad can print, back when I was working in computers, the common code was ASCII, hard telling what it is now, but it may also be a record of what you are doing on your computer in some zip format to save space. In either case, the result is the same, you cannot tell what information is being saved in your cookies folder under index.dat, apparently to be shared with someone over the internet. I started to warn my correspondents about them, it was impossible to delete the index.dat files. For a while, I was able to uncheck ctfmon on the startup menu, but it always was there whenever I looked. Later, I was unable to do that. Then I was disabling it on the windows task manager processes tab, but in a short time, the system refused to do that, either, although I believe that both should have been allowed. I recently went back to Microsoft and found instructions to remove ctfmon from my system. ctfmon is said to be a part of Microsoft Office which allows keystrokes to be reproduced by voice, I suppose to help visually handicapped individuals. There is absolutely no reason for it to be functioning unless you are so handicapped, and removing it from my system has had no effect on anything I have done in the several weeks since I did so. Now, google has a plover of sites dealing with both ctfmon and index.dat, both of which are now said to be legitimate Microsoft Windows elements. Microsoft now has a program, Cleanup! (http://update.microsoft.com/microsoftupdate/v6/default.aspx?ln=en-us for Windows XP) which removes excess index.dat files. The first time I searched on Start/Search for index.dat (be sure to check “search hidden folders” under additional options), there were 35 of them, none of which could be deleted because they were all said to be being used by some mysterious program. Yesterday, I searched in the Windows search function, and found there were 9 incidents of index.dat on my computer. But because Cleanup! has a log file that seemed to have a lot more index.dat files on it, I did copy it to a notepad.txt document and using “find” found that after being on the internet yesterday, it has 27 incidents of index.dat. After running it and restarting the computer, it still showed 16 incidents. .Interestingly, hijackthis,, freeware available on the internet,, previously noted index.dat files and if you checked them, they would be deleted, mysteriously to reappear almost immediately, but changes have apparently been made so that it no longer even notes index.dat files. Apparently, the hackers that have corrupted hijackthis and Windows search haven’t gotten around to corrupting Cleanup! I’m afraid to download any system updates from Microsoft, hijackthis noted index.dat files until I downloaded updates for it. Since you can usually search on any Microsoft Windows element on a search engine and the first response will be Microsoft's description of it, I began to puzzle over just why I was unable to find out anything for several years about either of these elements which are now being touted as legitimate Microsoft Windows elements. Of course, I am not in any position to make any charges, I am not an expert on Windows or on the internet, maybe to some extent on computers, but I couldn't help but note that these elements first showed up on my computer around the time that the US government dropped its lawsuit against Microsoft. I am only guessing, but I believe that the time frame fits that scenario, and I have to wonder if the only reason the government pursued the law suit against Microsoft in the first place was to blackmail them into putting some kind of back door into Windows systems to permit the government to illegally spy on citizens without the necessity of messy search warrants. Microsoft did not want to do it, but finally complied to avoid an expensive law suit that they were afraid they would lose. One has to wonder if Steve Balmer doesn't have a stronger stomach than Bill Gates, and doesn't puke every day when he looks in to mirror knowing what he has done. Bill Gates may have resigned as CEO rather than preside over the prostitution of the company he spent years building. Of course, the first to take advantage of the existence of something like this were the hackers, who proliferated dozens of back doors into some people's computers, making it almost impossible for them to use their computers at times. After having been on the internet, and the next day bringing up my computer, it can take twenty minutes for it to initialize. After running Cleanup!, and restarting the computer, it takes two or three minutes. After being on the internet, again slows down. I have to say that these elements keep changing, almost from day to day, as the hackers adapt to cover up what they are doing. Between around August and December of 2006, I was unable to do updates to documents I created including my websites. If I wrote a letter and noticed an error in it, reopened the document, made changes and saved it, when I opened it again, the changes would not be there. I once spent several hours updating my website and all of the changes were lost. I think this was a malfunction of the restore function being used to prevent index.dat from being deleted or the information in it being deleted. Now both Microsoft and the government are apparently stuck with their lies, and don't know how to get out of them without being humiliated for their activities. Don't you feel sorry for them? Almost makes a person proud not to have been successful in either government or private sector jobs, doesn't it? God bless America, because after George Bush's prostitution of the constitution, there had better be some deity ready to intervene, because otherwise he will “stay the course” of the destruction of individual rights he has presided over. Especially because I had made it my mission to point out to the media, law enforcement and a number of internet bulletin boards, watch dog groups and help sites that this was probably being accomplished by hijacking e-mail at the point of the registrar. Hell, I even wrote to the Secret Service, who I read was investigating pfishing. Now, if they would only do the same with the same entities who are running roughshod over the rights of internet users by hijacking web site traffic. At one point, my e-mail was going to Saskatchewan and my traffic was going to Puerto Rico. Then internet officials altered the way IP addresses are assigned (dynamically) so that I couldn’t tell where my e-mail and traffic were going. It is sort of like my youngest daughter when she was around two or three. In really inclement weather, to entertain the kids who ranged from her to an 8 year old, I would play games with them, one was hide and seek. She thought that if she shut her eyes, nobody could see her (Why not? She couldn’t see them?). So when you had counted to ten, she would be sitting on the sofa with her eyes squished shut tight. That is what they expect us to do. If we can’t see it, it isn’t happening, right? Well, yesterday, I got a phone call from a bookstore in Oregon wanting to buy a book I don’t have listed on my website. I indicated to the clerk that I did not have it, but she persisted that it was listed on my website and spelled out my URL correctly. I have never heard of either the book or the author. So I assume there is an alternate website for tesseractpublications.com to which all the traffic for my site is being sent. The registrar and host are register.com, If you are interested., washrag.org was forced to move from its former host, Franklin Communications, because the website disappeared 2 months ago. This host was a bad fit for WASH in any case, they had us with four dynamically assigned DNS servers, which I believe indicates we had two websites and two addresses for e-mail. The fact was that in one case, I was seeing different information on the web site than three other individuals. I contacted network solutions, as I had heard that they were a competent company, and I moved not just the registration but also the web site hosting to that company, after I was assured that washrag.org would have a dedicated IP address and I would have full access to my account including DNS settings. The reason I wanted a dedicated IP address was to allow clients to go directly to the web site avoiding the software which is allowing hackers to hijack website traffic, and the reason I wanted to be able to check the settings was to make sure that some other IP address was not getting our traffic. After just a month at network solutions, I found that they had taken away our IP address although the address was available when you linked to it, it said the site was under construction, and when I tried to check my settings, I found that I was unable to open them up at all. So we are in the process of moving once again. Hopefully, this server, who has promised to keep its promises to provide a dedicated IP address and give us full access to DNS and sub-domain information, will be a better alternative.
