Some no longer exist. The BIG data base now is the DCPDS. It is a consolidation of many, but not all, of the other ones. How do you find out if your name is in one of these data bases? You MUST have worked for the Navy once upon a time. You must have submitted some type of complaint. NOW, you submit an FOIA request to find out how many of these data bases contained YOUR OWN name, and all data and details relating to YOU YOURSELF. 1. AUTOMATED EMPLOYEE RELATIONS SYSTEM (AERS) 2. So, now you have ALL been informed as to HOW easily you, the victims, can be or could be blacklisted (prohibited from ever getting another job with the Navy, OR other government agency). Janet Leih ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Indiana Rape Victim Gets Apology After 67 Years ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ This is an interesting, hopeful and sad story. The rape victim was 24 years old in 1944 when she was kidnapped and gang raped at gunpoint by 6 white men. Alabama State covered up the crime, the rapists went free. 67 years later, a resolution was made by Alabama state to apologize to victim who is 91 years old now. I believe they should give her restitution and the men who committed the crime, if they are still alive, should still be held accountable and pay. Recy Taylor hadn’t asked for much. More than six decades after she was raped by six white men in her hometown of Abbeville, Alabama – a horrific crime that the sheriff’s department covered up, never to speak of again – she wasn’t interested in reopening the case or pressing charges. Taylor, now 91 years old, just thought an apology was in order. On Tuesday the Alabama House finally acted. By a unanimous voice vote, the body passed a resolution apologizing for the state’s failure to pursue justice for Taylor, who was a 24-year-old sharecropper in 1944 when she was kidnapped and raped at gunpoint. An all-white jury in Jim Crow-era Alabama refused to indict her assailants. A subsequent investigation initiated by the governor's office elicited some admissions of guilt, but without an indictment in the county in which the crime took place, the case couldn't go forward. Expressing “deepest sympathies and solemn regrets,” the resolution called the state’s response “morally abhorrent and repugnant.” It now moves to the Senate. The resolution comes a week after Abbeville Mayor Ryan Blalock and Henry County Probate Judge JoAnn Smith held a press conference apologizing to Taylor’s family for the way she was treated. The influx of attention has came as a bit of a shock. “I couldn’t believe it happened so fast,” Taylor’s 74-year-old brother, Robert Corbitt, who lives in Abbeville, told The Root. After working tirelessly for years, to no avail, for government officials to even recognize that the crime happened, he says he’s grateful for the recent surge of activity. “Sometimes Recy’s not fully aware of what’s going on, and she has her good days and bad days,” he said. “But when I told her about the resolution last night she was very happy. At first she thought it had gone completely through, but I told her, ‘No, next it has to go through the Senate.’ But I’m very confident.” Last month The Root wrote about Recy Taylor’s brutal assault, which sparked a Rosa Parks-led justice movement in the 1940s before all but disappearing from history over the years. Word of her story continued to spread through a Change.org petition calling on government officials to issue apologies for Taylor. But the case was first pushed back into the spotlight by historian Danielle McGuire, who featured Taylor in her book At the Dark End of the Street: Black Women, Rape, and Resistance--A New History of the Civil Rights Movement from Rosa Parks to the Rise of Black Power. McGuire and Taylor will both attend a Washington, D.C. event this May at the National Press Club, “Reintroducing Rosa,” examining the role that black women fighting sexual violence played throughout the civil rights movement. “This couldn’t have happened without Danielle McGuire, The Root, Change.org and Colorlines. Your articles really put a lot of pressure on the officials,” said Corbitt, adding that days after The Root piece he started getting phone calls from people all across the country. “They were amazed by the story they’d read, and some of the calls were from people right here in Abbeville who never knew what happened. Most of them were white, and they felt so badly and wanted to apologize.” Corbitt says that while the Alabama House resolution doesn’t give the family a full measure of justice, the regrets issued by the government mean a great deal to them. “It means that we have some closure,” he said. “What hurt Recy maybe more than anything was the lies that were told on her. These men admitted that they kidnapped and raped her, but law enforcement said it didn’t happen. Not only that, they tried to say she was a prostitute when she was a Christian lady. Things like that really bothered her, so she’s gotten some closure in the apology.” Just having the story acknowledged at all carries a huge weight. With the county courthouse swept clean of records on Taylor’s assault, Corbitt donated a copy of McGuire’s book to the local library when it came out last fall. “Now the library has bought another copy, but the books are never there because they’re checked out all the time,” he said proudly. “People know all about it now.” Cynthia Gordy is the Washington reporter for The Root. I hate to say it, but it's surprising it took so long. The mainstream media is trashing the "credibility" of the housekeeper allegedly raped this spring by former IMF chief Dominique Strauss-Kahn. They're saying she lied on her immigration papers and has a boyfriend in jail -- as if that means the rape charges should be dropped. The Senate introduction of VAWA IV is coming up in the next few weeks and bipartisan original sponsors are needed. As you know, VAWA was enacted in 1994, reauthorized in 2000 and 2005, and is once again up for authorization. Senator Patrick Leahy (D-VT), Chair of the Senate Judiciary Committee and the prime VAWA sponsor, has released a pre-introduction draft bill and is looking for Republican co-sponsors. VAWA has always enjoyed broad bipartisan support and its original co-sponsors were Vice-President Joseph Biden (formerly a Senator from Delaware) and Senator Orrin Hatch (R-UT). This VAWA streamlines programs, tightens funding authorizations, increases accountability and includes improved provisions that everyone should be able to support. While some members of Congress are home this week you are encouraged to visit their local offices or contact their DC office - especially if your Senators are Republicans and have supported VAWA in the past at - and ask them to help keep victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, dating violence and stalking safe by co-sponsoring Sen. Leahy's VAWA reauthorization legislation. Senate staff should contact Anya McMurray in Senator Leahy's office. Although it's always best to meet directly with and talk to your Senator or Representative, meetings and calls with district staff can also be very helpful. As you set up your in-district meetings, make sure to coordinate with other advocates and organizations in your community or state such as sexual assault and domestic violence coalitions, rape crisis centers, domestic violence programs and shelters, YWCA programs, tribal organizations, and other women's rights organizations who have historically worked on VAWA. Also consider inviting a supporter with a high profile, who may have an existing relationship with your Senator and also cares about ending violence against women, to join you on your visit. During your visit remind your Senator or Representative (or the staff) how the Violence Against Women Act helps save the lives of people right in your state. Say: "Here's how VAWA programs support victims and end violence in our state . . . ." At the conclusion of your visit your message to your Senator or Representative is simple: "Can we get your commitment today to co-sponsor the reauthorization of the Violence Against Women Act?" Their NCMEC experiences do not have to be current - but can go back many years - as long has they can remember clearly. This information will be given to intern/reporter for prestigious on-line fraud investigative and expose publication ProPublica which was founded by The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post and The New York Times. The ProPublica reporter contacted me from my web site several weeks ago and has been calling and interviewing people in my group who had NCMEC experiences. What's This? Tyson has said the charges were based on statistical analyses, not complaints. Under two consent orders, Dakota Dunes, S.D.-based Tyson Fresh Meats will pay the $2.25 million in back wages, interest and benefits to more than 1,650 female job applicants who were rejected for employment at its facilities in Joslin, Ill.; West Point, Neb.; and Waterloo and Denison, Iowa. Compliance reviews revealed violations The DOL said that during scheduled compliance reviews of the four facilities, the OFCCP determined that Tyson Fresh Meats, a unit of Springdale, Ark.-based Tyson Foods Inc., had violated an executive order that prohibits federal contractors from discriminating on the basis of sex. Under terms of the consent decrees, the $2.25 million settlement will be divided among the rejected female job applicants. Tyson also has agreed to offer jobs to at least 200 of the affected women as positions become available in the Illinois and Iowa locations; the Nebraska facility closed in 2006. Tyson also will “undertake extensive self-monitoring and corrective measures to ensure that its employment practices fully comply with the law,” the DOL said in its statement. Other cases. The federal agency said the consent decrees resolve the latest in a string of cases brought by OFCCP against Tyson Foods subsidiaries. In 2008, a law department administrative law judge ruled that Green Bay, Wis.-based TNT Crust had systemically discriminated against Latino applicants in its entry-level position hiring. Last year, the OFCCP settled a case against Vernon, Texas-based Tyson Refrigerated Processed Meats after finding evidence that the company discriminated against 157 African-American and 375 Caucasian job applicants at the company’s bacon processing plant in Vernon. Responding to a request for comment on the latest litigation, Tyson said in a statement that its officials have denied the claims, stating that there were legitimate, nondiscriminatory reasons for not hiring the applicants. Documentation vs. discrimination Ken Kimbro, Tyson Foods senior vp and chief human resources officer, said in a statement. “We believe this was really about documentation, not discrimination. The OFCCP’s charges were strictly based on a statistical analysis of job applications at the plant, not on complaints by any applicants, the types of jobs involved or the applicants' qualifications.” “We remain committed to treating all job applicants fairly,” he said. “Tyson has a very diverse workforce and strict policies prohibiting discrimination in the workplace. We also communicate our position against discrimination through our core values and team member bill of rights. “It's our policy to provide a work environment free of unlawful harassment and discrimination,” Mr. Kimbro said. “This position is also reinforced by the company’s code of conduct, which all our people are required to follow.” Hiring decisions supported, audited Tyson also said that since the OFCCP audits, it has put procedures in place to ensure it retains documentation to support its hiring decisions. The company said it also routinely audits its hiring practices to ensure there is not any disparity among female or minority job applicants. Tyson said the Joslin and Waterloo plants each employ 2,400 people, while the Denison plant has a staff of 380. During the audit periods covered by the OFCCP reviews, minorities represented 52% of the combined workforce at the four plants, while women represented 31%, according to Tyson. Tyson also said that nearly 400 of the 1,650 female applicants who did not initially receive Tyson job offers were hired subsequently by the company before the OFCCP complaints were filed, and the OFCCP is giving the company credit for these hires. August 2, 2011, 48 Hours on CBS covered the story of the Canadian officer convicted of multiple panty raids, rape and murder of his victims. The story had been carried on 2/18 by Dateline NBC. On September 21, 2011 Midday,. NPR carried the story about Tyson foods settling a sexual harassment suit (see page 5 for more information). On September 25, 2011, at 10:30 p.m., KELO had a special Inside KELOland in which they covered the Sioux Falls public schools implementation of the Olweus program to reduce bullying was discussed in depth. The program has been expanded to all of the schools in the Sioux Falls district. It had been being used at Patrick Henry Middle School for four years. The Olweus program defines what bullying is, and it addresses bullies, bully helpers, and cyber bullying. Students are encouraged to report bullying whether they are the victim or someone else is. Sue Olson was interviewed about this. Celeste Uhle Burrow is training those in the expanded program. Clemson University did the research to develop the Olweues program. The program, which starts in Kindergarten, encourages intervention, and makes schools safer for children. Patrick Henry Middle School did a survey before implementing the program which showed that 16% of their students reported having been bullied, which was above the national average and was a surprise to the staff. The Sioux Falls Board of Education received the 2011 Anita Award for having implemented the Olweus program. On September 28, 2011, Midday, South Dakota Public Radio reported on a conference on cyber bullying being held in Sioux Falls to get parents and teachers involved. Tony Stulken of the Colman/Egan schools was interviewed. He said the there was usually some sexual connotation involved in cyber bullying. He said that it effects the children’s lives negatively and that parents don’t have a clue it goes on. Most parents don’t recognize the magnitude of the problem. He said the cyber bullying goes on 24/7. It starts young, many 2nd graders have their own cell phones. He feels that it is retaliatory, it starts from some kind of contact and ends up on Facebook. On September 30, KSFY 10:00 news reported on a cyberbullying workshop. SD state statistics last year showed that 61% of girls and 51% of boys said they had been cyber bullied. October 8, 2011, 48 Hours on CBS reported that Amanda Knox, the college student accused of killing her roommate in Italy, had been sexually harassed by a high ranking prison official while she was incarcerated. He had interviewed her late at night in his office alone and asked sexually related questions. KMEG, the CBS affiliated in Sioux City, reported on October 26 on the 10:00 news that The Bullying Project was showing a film, “Be Somebody,” at the Orphum Theater on November 1. The Sioux City Public Schools was sponsoring it. One story that was on virtually every news program between October 31 and the present is the story about Herman Cain, frontrunner in the GOP presidential race had been accused of sexual harassment by four women. One of them gave a news conference and described his actions. The actions she described occurred when Cain was the president of a National Restaurant Association. He claims he is being falsely accused and that he can’t even remember the women accusing him. Cain did not participate in the Iowa presidential nomination process because he was responding to the charges. On November 8, 2011, the PBS Newshour carried the story about the former Penn State coach, Jerry Sandusky, accused of sexually harassing 8 minor boys. His boss, Joe Paterno has since been fired because he failed to act when Coach Mike McQuery reported seeing Sandusky abusing a boy in the shower at the school. The Penn State president, who knew about the abuse and failed to act, has also been fired. Students have been demonstrating in support of Paterno, so he can finish off the season, but Penn State Trustees fired him, the president and 4 other Penn State officers anyway. The president of “Second Mile,” a non profit founded by Sandusky to help at-risk boys resigned. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Stalking Victim Speaks Out ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I have been getting harassed/street theatered/group stalked for over a decade now. I can not tell when it began, but I can go back to the first few signs I can remember, which is finding a necklace I had that was snapped in half in my parents bathroom cabinet while I was living on their couch ( I don’t have a good relationship with them, but they are not the perps of this vandalism) Other items had been disappearing and reappearing from my parents house, causing many fights about "who" was doing this, of course blaming each other, when it was a gang of stalkers, who do this "gas-lighting" as a mean of entertainment, picking their victims out of convenience (in other words, me being a young single woman in my 20's, with no family support and not a lot of money) I hadn’t put all the pieces of my stalking harassment together until a few years ago, thinking I was being followed by individuals or individual landlords I had rented from, not realizing it was a group working together, or that I had mini wireless cameras hidden in some of my apartments as well (I’m told I need to purchase all types of devices, such as debugging devices, the types of items famous people or politicians would need) Of course when a "regular" person is targeted by these types of people, you usually can not afford to fight back because you can’t afford the security, devices, alarms, etc. that you would need to fend them off. You also can not get help: this crime thrives on the defense mechanism of denial, everyone including the victim "denies" this is going on, because it sounds too bizarre to be real: a group of people, misfits, mostly older men who are psychotic and do nothing all day except stalk people while dressed as detectives, or any other "costume" they might need to stalk their victims. This includes switching cars, hiding in crawl spaces, all sorts of other bizzare things. I have moved several times over the years, but the stalkers seem to follow, it seems nothing is too much effort to feed their "harassment addiction." Even worse is a lot of police officers take part in the harassment, viewing it as "silly fun" They will do this by ringing sirens as you sit on the toilet, leave the house, get up out of a chair etc. Again, whatever cams they do have hidden in my place are not visible to the naked eye, and I have searched for them but can’t find them. All of my belongings have been destroyed as well, my jewelry box smashed, cat killed and run over, (on a small side street) food tampered with, clothing urinated on, ripped, dragged, etc. —- I currently have no sheets, pajamas, pillows ripped open, nothing is left. My lamp is smashed, and when I try to get help for this the only thing I hear over and over is: call the police, who are perps of this crime, and yell "whore" at me, while following me with their cars. Every week I am at the store purchasing everyday items, which is hopeless due to the fact they are going to get ruined. I also wear full clothes to bed, and shower with the lights off.. .... I wake up every night to people IN MY APT.... after the first time it happened, I slept on the beach for a few nights. I realized I had no other place to go, as no one wants to help so now I am back to sleeping in my place, which is awful because (with the neighbors help) these people continued to squat in nearby houses, and break in on a daily basis. I have changed the locks, pushed furniture, cement blocks, added special locks to the outside of the door, etc . . . but nothing seems to deter them, they seem to like the "challenge" of getting past whatever barrier I put up. They also blatantly park and drive by my place, sometimes while wearing disguises. I decided to sign up for some college classes, but when I am in class, the whole class "street theaters" me, most of the students don’t even know the term "street theater" they think it is a "fun" favor for someone. The professors will walk into the room and mutter "whore" under their breath, while smirking and laughing. Then throughout the whole class, they will do this, with other things like "kike Jew" (I’m not actually Jewish, just 1/4 but not raised Jewish) and other insults, when class is over, they go up to the teacher and collect their "pay" which is usually something silly like a few dollars, drugs, or a slice of pizza, etc. I was also told by one of the stalkers they are trying to "neutralize the population" and "it's a thrill" to harass people in this way. Whatever that means. I just hope there is some end to this, because there doesn’t seem to be one as of now. Some days I wonder how I manage to live this way, as my apt is a virtual torture chamber as of now, with smashed, scratched, and broken items abound. Even more bizarre, the people who participate seem to think they are being "funny and attractive" not only to me, but especially to each other. I find it immature and disgusting, I personally would be embarrassed to walk around yelling things, picking my nose, crotch etc. for money but they seem to think they are adorable. I don’t know what the world is coming to at this point. Some have blamed it on drug use from the 60's-70's----people are losing their minds after decades of heavy drugs use--most of my stalkers are older men. I just don’t know, but I do hope that a solution is found for the victims, because this is a crime which is sweeping the country, and innocent people are being targeted. --gang-stalking/sexual harassment victim ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Claims of Sophisticated Torture ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I am a survivor of MKULTRA, Project Talent and Project Montauk. Contrary to government claims, these diabolical torture programs are ongoing and have NOT been abolished. My children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren are suffering in them. MKULTRA encompasses a large number of individual programs run by the CIA, the DOD and a number of other agencies. It was founded most likely far prior to WW II at a time when many people of power and influence in the US including the XXXX [surname of a former US president] family were Nazis and violent occultists. The official start of MKULTRA was after WWII when the US imported escaped Nazi war criminals such as Hans Josef Mengele--the infamous twins Dr. of Auswitz---to run a vast number of experimental programs --most involving torture and nonconsensual human scientific experimentation. The abuses in Project Montauk and Project Talent were so severe that it is estimated more than 99% of the victims did not survive. In therapy we have found that many of my alters are named after people whose deaths I witnessed. There are probably about 2000 individuals left alive who did not die in the projects or who were not murdered by our government when we became inconvenient. A very high government official [also a former US President, see the book "A Nation Betrayed" by Carol Rutz] has informed me that the death toll was over 2 million Americans — mostly children--in Project Montauk alone. I have since coming forward publicly in 1977, 1981, and 1992 survived many attempts on my life, two of which left me severely disabled. My handlers control all of my money, my movements, my access to my children and most of my communications. I am physically assaulted on almost a daily basis using directed energy weapons and other weapons so arcane that the general public has never even heard of them. I am also assaulted face to face fairly often, usually the assaults are sexual. This is very deliberate on the part of my handlers as an extremely common tactic to exert utter total control on a person by keeping them split off into a multiple. I have been shown photos in which I had been rendered unconscious and my children were being forced to perform sex acts on me in an obvious attempt to split them off into multiples by total traumatization. My ex can be seen holding a gun in the background. It is also usual for persons in these programs to experience forced attendance at violent occult rituals and not uncommon for the sexual abuses to include forced contacts with animals. Our torture involved extreme sensory deprivation for months at a time, drugs and the infliction of immense amounts of physical pain such as disjointings, beatings that broke bones and electric shock. They gave us drugs to ensure that we did not pass out from the sheer intensity of the pain. The last time I was tortured with cattle prods and stun guns for hours at a time was at 1609 10th St. SE in Rochester, Minnesota in 2007. They were careful to leave most of the burns in my hair or internally. In 2007 we were able to rescue a dozen children from an underground facility. They had been subjected to all of these abuses and they were given numbers instead of names. In an effort to find safe homes for these children, I contacted Child Protection. Their response was to confiscate my children including my newborn and I was told that I could have them back only if I revealed the location of the rescued children. I later found out that 7 of the children we rescued from this underground government facility had been taken from their natural parents and sold to the government for these abuses by Child Protection. In retrospect certainly 3 out of 4 of my marriages and possibly the 4th marriage also were arranged by my handlers. Nearly 100% of marriages in the Illuminati are arranged. Refusal to comply means death. The handlers are so skilled in sophisticated mind control techniques that their victims often believe they are "in love" (Stockhlom Syndrome) like any other couple. The bloodlines are carefully mixed and matched and the children from a marriage may or may not be from both spouses depending on what the handlers want for the breeding program. Most of this is not at all consensual. Menarche and spermarche are often induced at very early ages and it is not uncommon for girls younger than 10 to be used as breeders. The military and the cults breed for intelligence, strength, speed, agility, fertility, and psychic abilities. Very fat women and even women in their 50's or older are used also--most of this is completely nonconsensual.* The easy availability of new reproductive technologies has made these women's slavery and misery far more acute and widespread as there is in my opinion nothing on this earth more degrading and vile than to be impregnated on purpose with a child others intend to buy and sell like merchandise, a child you'll be lucky if you see a handful of times in his or her life. It adds a new dimension of cruelty to human trafficking that never existed before and these babies' handlers hold absolute power of life and death over them for the rest of their lives. Truly such a fate is worse than death. I am named for a little girl who was murdered at the hands of one Anton L.V, before my horrified eyes in a satanic ritual in 1962 or 63 when we were both toddlers. I refused to let the adults forget she existed, I carry her name to this day. Michael Aq. was also one of my assailants. I guess if you kill, torture and rape innocent women and children and murder thousands of loyal American citizens, our military pins a medal on your chest and makes you a general. The military and CIA imports and trafficks most of the illegal drugs in this country. I know this having been married to two federal officers who stored massive quantities of cocaine on their properties. The military and CIA also have their hands in a multitude of other illegal pies including human trafficking and child pornography. The people controlling things are racist and Nazistic. Ed. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Some Comments on These Contributions ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The two articles on pages 7 and 8, “Stalking Victim Speaks Out” and “Claims of Sophisticated Torture,” seem very extreme, and some claims may verge on seeming preposterous. But we are getting more and more feedback that seems to support the premise that stalkers and harassers are using sophisticated electronics, chemical warfare agents and even mind control methods to manipulate and control individuals that they feel threaten them. I have over and over questioned whether we should address these methods, and it seems to me that to pretend that they do not apply to sexual harassment victims is tantamount to burying our heads in the sand. I have had some very bizarre experiences myself. Just one example: Around five years ago, I began to have problems with severe headaches whenever I did my dishes, standing in front of a window, and my asthma got worse whenever I sat in my living room near a window. It seemed like every time I opened my refrigerator to take something out, I was dropping the item. This was in line to a different window in the kitchen. After months of trying to figure out why these different problems had developed, it occurred to me that it was possible that a new cell phone tower might have been installed and I was between it and a previous tower (towers always communicate with other towers), and I was being bombarded with a high volume of EMF radiation. I have some familiarity with the Federal Communications Commission, since I was an Electronics Technician when I was in the Navy, so I found their mailing address and wrote them a letter asking them if this might be the case. Prior to my sending this letter, whenever I looked out my windows to the south and east, I could see something like 20 or 30 what I thought were yard lights at farms in this rural community. No other scenario ever occurred to me. It had been that way for over 15 years. Around two weeks after I mailed the letter, when I was looking out my kitchen window, it was jet black. There was not a single light to be seen anyplace to my south and east. A few ham radio antennae did pop up in a few weeks, but even they have disappeared. I was so astounded, I could hardly believe my eyes. Since then, and since I have shielded and grounded all of my windows, I never get headaches doing the dishes or asthma attacks when sitting in the living room or drop anything when I get it out of the refrigerator. It is impossible for me to ignore this. I have to believe that the lights I was seeing and maybe some I could not see, had something to do with this.
