down who were hacking into my account up on my group at yahoo. Read this information in the back issue of the W.A.S.H. Rag 12.3 at http://www.washrag.org. If someone had said to me eight months ago that if I tolerated the multiple abuses that I have, I would be able to find out who was causing them and get them punished, or else I could just stop the abuses immediately and never find out how they were doing it and not get them punished, I would certainly have chosen the former. I have some previous computer experience that gives me a leg up over many who have web sites, and I have a genetic knack for tracking down problems. I actually got a huge “kick in the pants” as Sally Ride put it, from exposing their fraudulent activities. I am sorry, though, for those who visited any of my websites and were exposed to the abuses mentioned in the Miles Foundation e-mail mentioned in W.A.S.H. Rag 12.3 #. They should appreciate that their misery was only a fraction of mine, and that we both, in our own way, helped to uncover these offenses against our (and probably other) websites. To be perfectly frank about the group using the same name as I had already used for 7 years before they started to use it (for more information about Women Against Sexual Harassment, go to http://helenforelle.hypermart.net/ABOUTUS/), if Bill Moyer can use “Now” for the name of a newsmagazine, I don’t think there is much possibility that I can stop someone from using “Women Against Sexual Harassment” if they want to. I certainly have no resources to take legal action against them, I would think they would be embarrassed that they were known to be plagiarists and look for another name, but in addition, I don’t think that they have a sincere interest in the issue. I believe that their reason for choosing the same name as I was using was because I was being too successful in providing a sounding board for the issue, and they wanted to control and manipulate the victims, keep certain victims silent, stalk, exploit |
